Noise and Vibration Surveys and Report

We work nationally, in line with BS 8233 and BS 4142, with housebuilders and contractors to deliver noise surveys as well as alongside planning consultants and private clients to provide reports in support of new build or conversion, residential or commercial.

Surveys are usually up to 24 hours in length and can be carried out to assess the typical level of ambient noise, external noise levels for daytime and night-time or specific factors such as road traffic, nightlife or noise from industrial sources. We can be on site when you need us and to suit your timescales.

Energy Statements

We work nationally providing Energy Statements in order to meet local policies and planning requirements, including The London Plan. Our assessors offer advice and consultancy to ensure each report complies in the most appropriate and cost-effective approach for our clients.

Air Quality Assessments

The team have a wealth of experience working on planning applications, having developed longstanding relationships with local authorities and Environmental Health Officers. We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach and will work closely alongside your architects, developers, contractors and other individuals. Provided by our trusted partner NoiseAir Ltd, we deliver services to ensure your planning application isn’t rejected due to the impact of air quality by the project.
