How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reason:

• In order to provide you with the service requested in the ‘contact us’ section of the website

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources:

• We use Outfunnel as our third-party service provider in order to create email distribution lists and manage marketing campaigns. Such processing is covered with a data processing agreement protecting your personal data.

The information collected is shared between The FES Group and Outfunnel only.

We keep the data you provide and data collected through localStorage for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from all platforms.
