Fortem Solutions – PAS2035 Retrofit Project

Working for Fortem Solutions, the team provided Pre & Post retrofit Air Tightness Testing on 840 properties, while also providing Air Leakage Diagnostics on some properties where proving an improved air permeability was problematic.

This was a good example of the admin and testing teams working together well to ensure all tests were completed in a timely manner to minimise disruption to the tenant while maximising the effectiveness of site visits.
