Retrofit Air Tightness Testing for Mears

Working with Mears and ECD Architects, the team provided Pre & Post retrofit Blower Door Fan Air Tightness Testing on 468 properties in Milton Keynes, Crawley and Durham.

The team were able to turn around block bookings of tests quickly to ensure the programme of works could move forward and also provided assurance to tenants by working with the liaison officers and retrofit assessors to ensure a smooth handover.

Phase 2 of the Crawley scheme commenced in the Winter 2023
