Retrofit Assessments in York

The retrofit team worked on multiple addresses in York.

As part of the programme of works, the FES Group produced condition, energy and occupancy reports and updated EPC’s to identify appropriate energy efficiency measures.

As funding was reliant on the accuracy of the surveys it was vital that the team worked to strict deadlines without compromising the quality of the work.  We achieved this by using our experienced admin team to schedule appointments and collate reports, enabling the assessors to concentrate on surveying.
