Clarion Housing Group – EPCs & Stock Conditioning Surveys

The sustainability team worked closely with Clarion to assess 496 properties in Southeast London.

As part of the programme of yours, the FES Group produced Measured Surveys, Stock Condition Surveys, updated EPC’s to identify appropriate energy efficiency measures. As funding was reliant on the accuracy of the surveys it was vital that the team worked to strict deadlines without compromising the quality of the work. We achieved this by using our experienced admin team to schedule appointments and collate reports, enabling the assessors to concentrate on surveying.
