The FES Group was invited to help to resolve several compliance challenges that had presented themselves at a late stage in the overall development of several Everyman cinema sites. Properties were a mixture of refurbishment and new build located nationwide.
Why use The FES Group?
Coming into an established development at a late stage is challenging, but the experience of our in-house team means we can act fast to help developers to resolve whatever compliance issues they are facing.
In this instance we were able to identify common specifications across several Everyman sites. We were then able to apply certain benchmarks for dealing with them with speed and ease, in order to generate SBEM calculations and secure EPC certification.
Working within tight deadlines, compliance was achieved through analysis and calculation of significant retail developments containing comprehensive commercial HVAC and lighting.
We were able to improve performance and overcome retrospective issues, from design stage to discharge related planning conditions, and produce As Built BRUKL documents and Energy Performance Certificates to meet client requirements.
