Multiple EPC certification of commercially rented properties
The FES Group worked with the Property Manager of a large industrial estate on the outskirts of Leeds to manage the EPC certification for all units. Many of the units were due to be vacated and re-marketed.
Properties varied enormously with some occupied by business tenants. Our assessors were required to arrive in a timely manner, be professional and aware of any business sensitivities onsite. Where some of the properties were not to standard, The FES Group generated reports detailing suggested improvements and predicted costs in order to achieve the target rating.

EPC certification of over 300 mixed use properties
The FES Group was appointed to manage the EPC certification of over 300 Co-op properties on behalf of The Wates Group. The properties formed part of an emergency sale of assets nationwide with EPC certification completion required over an 8-week period. The FES Group team were required to coordinate surveyors and surveys, contacting every store and associated residential property to arrange appointments during this time. The 8-week period was dramatically reduced to 3 weeks at short notice, but our experienced team was able to react fast and deliver on time.

EPC certification for instore concessions
The FES Group was tasked to produce EPC certificates for rented space within Notcutts Garden Centres. The family-owned group operates 18 individual garden centres across England.
