Partnering with The FES Group has enabled Avant to streamline their processes too, as they were previously using several different suppliers for compliance. In addition, the FES Cloud system allows them to easily track the progress of their compliance tests and reports in real-time, plot by plot.

The Results
When the new Part L regulations came into effect, we helped Avant Homes to develop their specifications, taking into consideration the revised requirements of SAP. We worked at group level to reduce the CO2 emissions by 6%, whilst keeping specification changes to a minimum.
